Are you a passionate aged care leader ready to shape a warm, supportive and high-quality home for older people? We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to oversee the full care and service delivery of a modern 65-bed residential aged care facility in East Bendigo.
This is a rewarding opportunity to lead a dedicated team, uplift resident outcomes and ensure the home continues to provide excellence in clinical care, wellbeing, hospitality and service - as well as being a supportive and compassionate environment for all the Care team and residents.

Responsible for the overall operational, clinical and service management of the facility, you thrive on: -
* Leading and mentoring clinical, lifestyle, hospitality and support teams
* Strong focussing on clinical outcomes and continuous improvement ensuring that all aspects of care are person focused
* Managing compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
* Driving occupancy and meeting budget and business objectives and creating a healthy, communicative working environment
* A sound understanding of rostering processes, monitoring and providing commentary around variances to budget, occupancy, care minutes against AN-ACC and highlighting roster changes required
* Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive home culture
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, the local community and within the organisation
You're a compassionate and confident leader with a strong understanding of aged care operations and a commitment to providing outstanding service. You will be: -
* A Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
* Experienced in aged care leadership or facility management
* Knowledgeable of quality standards, accreditation and compliance
* An exceptional communicator, organiser and people leader
* Dedicated to creating a safe, supportive home with a resident-first mindset
