Deliver In-Home Support Services
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide in-home support services to our aged care customers, enabling them to live independently within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support customers with personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, and mealtime assistance
* Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Transport customers to appointments, shopping, and social outings
* Engage in social interaction and observe customer needs
Requirements:
* Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
* Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
* Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday
* Minimum 12 months experience in delivering Personal Care or Certificate III in Individual Support
