Your new role
As the IT Service Desk Officer, you’ll be the go-to technical expert onsite, supporting the office environment. You will resolve advanced incidents, manage escalations, and ensure stability across a broad technology stack.
Role and Responsibilities
* Provide Level 3 technical support across Windows, O365/M365, networking, and production systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and escalations from L1/L2 teams
* Support end‑user devices, applications, network connectivity, and onsite infrastructure
* Liaise with external vendors and escalate issues where required
* Maintain documentation, asset updates, and knowledge articles
* Ensure minimal downtime across business‑critical systems in a fast‑paced environment
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong background in Level 3 IT support, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or food production environments
* Expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, networking fundamentals, and hardware support
* Experience supporting onsite production systems or operational technology (OT) is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
