The Role
You’ll support the day-to‑day HR, onboarding and safety administration for the business.
- Preparing onboarding and induction packs
- Coordinating new starter documents, contracts and compliance
- Maintaining employee records, licences, tickets and training matrixes
- Supporting job ads, interviews and basic recruitment tasks
- Assisting the HR Manager with safety documentation and reporting
- Managing site paperwork: SWMS, toolbox talks, permits and PPE registers
- Coordinating training, refresher courses and licence renewals
- General HR and WHS admin to support the wider team
- Entering payroll‑related data and assisting with timesheet checks
The Criteria
- Degree qualification in Human Resources, Business, WHS or a related field
- Experience in HR, WHS or administration (construction or trades beneficial)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicating
