Senior Account & Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead client partnerships in the Mildura region. This role involves managing high-value client accounts, driving exceptional operational delivery, and leading strategic business growth across the region's agriculture workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for key agriculture clients, ensuring responsive and professional service.
* Leverage your existing network in the local agriculture and food industry to build new relationships and strengthen current partnerships.
* Conduct regular on-site visits and client meetings to understand workforce needs, resolve issues, and gather insights, ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded.
This role requires strong knowledge of the Horticulture and Pastoral Awards, Fair Work Act, WHS standards, relevant visa programs. The ideal candidate should have established connections within horticulture or broader agricultural industries with 5 years’ experience in account management within labor hire recruitment environments.
