As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR guidance and operational support, enabling leaders to manage people effectively and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
About the role:
* Provide high-quality HR advice on performance, conduct, and employee relations
* Support leaders in managing health and wellbeing cases, return-to-work plans, and compliance
* Deliver coaching and education to build leader capability and confidence
* Facilitate HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and organisational change projects
* Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of HR processes
* This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
About you
You’re a proactive HR professional with strong relationship-building skills and a passion for enabling people and culture. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a solutions-focused mindset.
You’ll bring:
* Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
* 3–5 years’ experience in HR advisory or generalist roles
* Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation
* Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive matters with discretion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
