About This Role
On behalf of our O&G Operator client, we are seeking an Environmental and Regulatory Advisor on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) based at their Docklands office on a 12-month contract basis.
* Coordinating EMP implementation
* Providing assistance regarding EMP implementation
* Conducting routine inspections/assessments
* Investigating, recording, and reporting E&R compliance initiatives and non-compliance situations regarding environmental matters
* Ensuring proper and timely completion and submission of EMP implementation/monitoring/reporting forms and documents regarding environmental matters
* Preparing internal regulatory compliance stewardship reports regarding environmental matters
Requirements
* Previous experience in a closely related position
* University degree in Natural or Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Social Sciences (e.g., anthropology, sociology), Engineering, or a related technical field concerning E&R management of environmental, socioeconomic, or health matters
* Previous O&G experience highly desirable
* Compliance experience highly desirable
* Ability to travel offshore when required
