We're seeking an experienced Strata Manager to take over a small, tidy portfolio with full administrative and specialist support. You'll work closely with a hands‐on Director who empowers staff and creates a collaborative, high‐performing environment.

Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities

• Managing a well‐organised portfolio of residential and commercial schemes.
• Liaising with owners, committees, and real estate agents.
• Preparing budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Attending and chairing meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM).
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors.
• Handling by‐law breaches and dispute resolution.
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in strata management.
• Current strata certificate or license.
• Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
• Solid attention to detail and time management.
• Confident, proactive, and a genuine team player.
