About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a growing specialist concrete contractor delivering commercial projects across Sydney. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will oversee day-to-day site operations across: Formwork Reinforcement / steel fixing Structural concrete pours High-specification concrete finishes You will lead site teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard - with a strong focus on eliminating reworks and defects. Working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with strict quality and safety standards. About You To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in form-work, concreting, and reinforcement works on commercial projects. You are a skilled concreter and site leader with hands-on experience managing complex structural concrete works, including: Slab infills Structural pours Detailed and engineered formwork systems Reinforcement installation and inspections High-specification concrete finishes You understand the full concreting lifecycle from set-out and preparation through to finishing and QA documentation - and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. You are confident interpreting technical drawings, enforcing WHS requirements, and leading teams to achieve zero-defect outcomes. Key Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all site concrete works, including formwork, reinforcement, and structural concrete pours Plan and sequence daily tasks to meet project programs and productivity targets Set out works and ensure correct positioning, bracing, and levelling of formwork Inspect reinforcement prior to pours and maintain photographic QA records Conduct pre-pour inspections and complete required QA/QC and ITP documentation Manage labour, materials, and subcontractors to support site progress Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks, and site safety checks Monitor site stock levels, equipment, and delivery verification Perform hands-on trade work when required to support project delivery Willingly perform hands-on trade work including formwork, reinforcement installation, and concrete placement when required Skills & Experience Required Experience in formwork, reinforcement (steel fixing), and structural concreting Proven experience supervising commercial concrete projects Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings Solid understanding of construction sequencing and tolerance requirements Comprehensive knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety protocols Experience completing QA, QC, and ITP documentation Strong understanding of resource planning and site productivity Proven experience managing subcontractors and site logistics Excellent communication and leadership skills Software Proficiency in Procore, Hammertech, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred About The Company Our client is a well-established, Sydney-based specialist concrete contractor delivering high-quality structural concrete solutions across complex commercial and heritage projects.
