Support Worker – Supported Independent Living (SIL)

ECC Supported Living is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our small, dedicated team in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) house. If you're passionate about person-centred care and making a positive difference in people's lives, we'd love to hear from you
About the Role:
You'll be working closely with a small team to support individuals with disability in their home, focusing on building independence, daily living skills, and community participation. This role includes sleepover shifts and regular weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing person-centred support with daily living (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
* Supporting participants to achieve their goals and engage in their community
* Following individual support plans and behaviour support strategies
* Keeping accurate documentation and reporting
* Working collaboratively with other team members and families
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in disability support (SIL or similar)
* A positive, caring attitude with strong communication skills
* Willingness to work sleepovers and weekends as part of a rotating roster
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to complete)
* Driver's licence
