Job Responsibilities:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar positions within the designated sector.
* Working on both permanent and contract white collar placements.
* Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Business development within your given market.
* Conducting interviews, reference checks, and negotiating employment offers.
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a 360 white collar recruitment consultant.
* Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proven ability to grow your business.
* Able to communicate past financial successes within the recruitment field.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
