What you'll contribute to
The Enterprise Portfolio Consultant t is a pivotal role within the team that leads the effort to organise and coordinate portfolio work items to enable lean portfolio management and governance processes to occur smoothly and effectively. This involves but is not limited to administration of the portfolio, Jira project space, engaging with collaborators to maintain required information, analysing portfolio performance, and the creation of reports and summaries.
This role is based in Scoresby, with flexible work arrangements on offer.
How you'll make an impact
* Administration of the Portfolio Jira Space: Take ownership of portfolio Jira space as the primary administrator, which will involve:
* Administer the Jira portfolio project space configurations including fields, workflows, issue types, schemes, and permissions to support VMO processes.
* Design and maintain portfolio dashboards, roadmaps, and reporting capabilities using Jira and related add-ons
* Maintain alignment between Jira project configurations and the portfolio governance model (e.g. linking epics to strategic themes & OKRs).
* Manage integrations with other tools (e.g. Clarity, Confluence, PowerBI, etc)
* Support data quality and integrity, working with collaborators to drive consistent use of Jira fields and taxonomy.
* The role will be empowered to shape the Portfolio Jira space and how it's used to maximise outcomes aligned to the VMO.

The Value Management Office is an enterprise function that exists within TFA's Strategy & Transformation team that is responsible for governing the value derived from our strategic portfolio investments. The team applies lean portfolio management principles in helping to ensure the Portfolio
Governance Committee can make informed decisions aligned to their mandate.

Secretary to the Portfolio Governance Committee (PGC):
* As committee secretary, responsibilities will include coordinating the PGC calendar and associated committee meetings and events, preparing content and reports ahead of PGC meetings and events, and recording and distribution of meeting minutes & actions.
Support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Practices: Support the VMO in the implementation and maturity of LPM practices through:
* Coordination of key events such as portfolio governance meetings, prioritisation workshops, portfolio syncs, epic reviews, etc.
* Track and report on portfolio sequencing and timing
* Track and report on portfolio epic progress, value delivery, and workflow performance, working with collaborators to ensure that key information is accurate and up to date
* Support the coaching of collaborators in LPM practices to enable effective decision-making
Performance Monitoring:
* Maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of frameworks and key activities to enable the realisation of improvement opportunities
Required Skills
* Proven experience across lean portfolio management or enterprise agile environments
* 2+ years' experience with Jira administration roles
* Experience in financial services and/or automotive desirable
* SAFe certification favourable or proven experience
* Atlassian certification or proven experience
* Highly skilled in the use of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence
* Strong understanding of agile delivery models
* Strong personal accountability, time management and self-organisation
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic, fast-paced environments
* Solid verbal & visual communication skills
