Auto-UX is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Director – Employer Partnerships to lead new client acquisition across the Australian market.
This is a national role focused on identifying and securing new employer partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with senior HR and executive leaders and converting opportunities into long-term corporate partnerships.

As the market for electric vehicles and modern employee benefits continues to grow, Auto-UX is expanding its national employer network.
The Role
As Director – Employer Partnerships, you will focus exclusively on new business development and corporate client acquisition.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and securing new employer partnerships across Australia
* Building and managing a pipeline of prospective corporate clients
* Engaging senior decision makers including HR Directors, CFOs and executive leaders
* Leading the full sales process from prospecting through to signed agreements
* Delivering presentations and proposals to prospective clients
* Representing Auto-UX within the HR and employee benefits ecosystem
* Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will have:
* Proven success in B2B new business development
* Experience selling solutions to corporate organisations
* Strong prospecting and pipeline management skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* A proactive and results-driven approach
* Experience in employee benefits, HR technology, salary packaging or financial services
* Established networks within HR, finance or corporate leadership
