Marketing Assistant Role

1. Key Responsibilities:
* Support event planning, implementation and onsite engagement activities
* Assist with event communication and donor administration
* Process invoices and manage new suppliers
* Reconcile credit card statements
* Take meeting minutes as needed
* Update marketing calendars and community databases
2. Requirements:
* A strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF
