At Connected People, we're thrilled to be partnering with Premier & Co, a highly regarded business coaching firm that supports over 120 trade and construction businesses across Australia.
This is not your typical accounting job. It's a client-facing advisory role where your financial know-how will empower business owners to grow, improve profitability, and ultimately succeed.

What you'll do:
- Coach trade and construction business owners on how to improve their financial performance
- Run training and education sessions around business finance and cashflow
- Create tools and templates (think spreadsheets, checklists and worksheets) to help simplify financial information
- Act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of business owners
- Work closely with the coaching team to tailor strategies that actually work in the real world
What we're looking for:
- A degree-qualified accountant (CA/CPA not essential, but welcomed)
- Someone with a knack for explaining complex ideas simply
- Confident, people-focused, and comfortable running Zoom sessions or speaking at client events
- A practical problem solver who loves helping others succeed
- Experience working with trade or small business clients is a bonus
