About the Role
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity within a well-established medical recruitment environment. You'll manage a high-performing team, oversee recruitment operations, and drive growth across locum, contract, and permanent placements. International recruitment support via a UK-based office adds a global dimension to the role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop a specialist recruitment team
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, from sourcing to invoicing
* Set and achieve divisional KPIs and service standards
* Build strong relationships with healthcare clients and candidates
* Ensure compliance and quality across all recruitment activities
* Manage your own placement portfolio with professionalism and care

* Proven experience of working in nursing or a healthcare recruitment agency

* A track record of success in both temp and perm placements
