Wurundjeri Trade Centre Manager Role
The Wurundjeri Trade Centre Manager plays a key role in the College, overseeing curriculum for VET Hospitality and Cafe N9ne programs, supervising WTTC staff, and enhancing college life. This includes coordinating catering for events outside normal school hours, including weekends.
The successful candidate will have a vision for the WTTC, managing the facility, resources, and staff. They will train students and manage the Café N9ne program.
* Must hold a Certificate III or Trade Certificate in Hospitality: Kitchen Operations/Cookery or teaching qualification.
* Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* Demonstrated technical skills and ability to work in a Hospitality environment.
* Hold current Permission to Teach (VIT).
* Commitment to children's safety and wellbeing.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant permissions to work in Australia.
