About the RoleThis is a critical role supporting a high-impact marketing initiative. You’ll be responsible for conducting a discovery and assessment phase to investigate and resolve an urgent issue affecting Oracle Responsys functionality. You’ll then move into hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and optimisation to ensure long-term stability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a discovery phase to assess the current state and identify root causes of an urgent issue
- Provide a clear assessment and recommendations for resolution
- Configure and optimise Oracle Responsys campaigns and programs
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless execution
- Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and prevent recurrence through configuration improvements
- Assist with data integration and segmentation strategies
- Deliver insights and recommendations for campaign performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Oracle Responsys Functional Consultant
- Robust understanding of campaign management, data flows, and platform capabilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Robust problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution
- Experience conducting assessments and discovery phases in complex environments
- Ability to start immediately
