 * Provide administrative support to the Building & Compliance team in delivering Part 6 Services and enforcing planning and building regulations.
 * Assist the Team Leader Compliance in evaluating applications for hoarding and activity permits.
 * Contribute to the administration of Council's Fire Safety program, working closely with the Fire Safety Officer.
 * Maintain accurate records and provide administrative assistance to the Building & Compliance team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
 * Recent completion of a relevant tertiary qualification or current studies with a focus on gaining practical experience.
 * Strong organisational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of effective customer service and teamwork.
