Key Responsibilities
* As a Client Service and Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
* Supporting our financial advisors in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Delivering exceptional client service through prompt and accurate responses to enquiries.
* Implementing investment transactions, fund transfers, and advice recommendations.
* Managing and maintaining client and investment data within Xplan.
* Generating insightful reports from Xplan and third-party platforms.
* Facilitating the preparation of client review and compliance documents.
* Liaising with third parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Undertaking ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About You
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organised individual who excels in a fast-paced environment. While prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Proficiency in using Xplan and third-party platforms is highly desirable. Training will be provided as required.
