Job Description
This is a full-time opportunity to join our retail and consumer products team as an Independent Living Retail Assistant. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, maintaining store cleanliness and organisation, receiving and stocking inventory, and assisting with general store operations.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their inquiries.
* Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash and payments efficiently.
* Maintain the visual appeal of the store through effective merchandising and presentation.
* Ensure that all incoming inventory is received, unpacked and stocked in a timely manner.
* Support the smooth operation of the store through flexible and adaptable work practices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably within the independent living or healthcare sector.
* Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
