HenderCare is seeking a Home and Garden Maintenance Worker to join our team to support our Aged Care & Disability clients in the community with their homes in Central Coast.

About the Role

As a casual Home & Garden Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for providing services to our clients living in their own homes. Some of the services you will carry out include lawn mowing, gutter cleaning, pruning, weeding, hedge‑trimming, checking smoke alarm batteries, cleaning windows and high cleaning (fans, exhausts, vents), changing light bulbs, tidying overgrown gardens, heavy duty/industrial cleaning.

Mandatory Requirements

- Previous experience providing gardening and maintenance services
- Have a reliable smartphone compatible with AlayaCare App for roster access (iOS 15+ or Android 9+)
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working With Children Check (Employee Type)
- Your own gardening and maintenance equipment
- An UTE/Trailer to transport the equipment
- An unrestricted Australian Drivers License
