The Opportunity:
Paradise Mazda is a well-respected South Australian family owned and operated, high volume Mazda dealership. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate full-time Experienced New Car Sales consultant to join our New Car Sales team in Paradise, SA. If you are a customer-focused individual with a drive for excellence who loves building relationships with people, we want to hear from you. This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of a family-oriented team of professionals committed to delivering fantastic outcomes for our customers.
Please note that your work hours are Monday to Saturday, with a rostered day off each week .
Responsibilities include:
* Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager.
* Meet and exceed dealership KPIs set for new vehicle sales (including, volume, gross and accessory sales)
* Promoting aftermarket, finance and insurance products.
* Liaise with F/I and Aftermarket departments as required
* Ensure that all benchmarks required my Mazda are met
* Providing exceptional customer service through Mazda's “Ultimate Customer Experience” and "Mazda Mindset"
* Ensuring high-level customer satisfaction by building strong relationships
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and in person
* Ad hoc duties as instructed by management
You will be great in this role because:
* You have significant experience (5 years plus) in vehicle sales
* You have exceptional interpersonal skillsets
* You have highly developed organisational and time management skills
* Strong commitment and dedication towards a process-driven environment
* Current driver's licence
* Experience working with Dealer Management Systems
