This role involves actively managing customer repairs & servicing, ensuring timely completion while providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing repair services for customers
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and services rendered
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as processing invoices, claims, and reconciliations
• Reporting weekly on repair/service jobs as required by management
• Advising customers on stock arrival and coordinating deliveries as needed
