Websites Au, part of See The Label Digital Agency, is looking for an experienced WordPress Website Designer / Builder to join our design studio.

Our work combines design thinking, user experience, and intentional content structure to create websites that resonate deeply with audiences and support business goals.
This role is for a designer-builder who thrives in the space between quality design and thoughtful execution.
The Role
You'll work across WordPress projects that vary in size and ambition, including:
* New website designs and builds
* Strategic website redesigns
* Landing pages, templates, and campaign assets
* Content hierarchy, layout systems and UX thinking
* Translating brand strategy into visual and structural design
You'll collaborate with our strategy, SEO, and paid media teams so understanding how design, content and digital performance intersect is essential.

About You
You're an experienced designer-builder who:
* Thinks in systems, hierarchy and purpose
* Cares about the why behind a layout, not just the how
* Bridges visual design and build execution with confidence
* Communicates well across disciplines and with clients
* Delivers considered, polished, client-centric outcomes
You value integrity, craft and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience designing and building WordPress websites
* Confidence with themes like Salient, Bridge, or similar
* Advanced expertise with WPBakery Page Builder
* Experience with Gravity Forms and common WordPress plugins
* Deep understanding of:
* Content hierarchy and semantic structure
* Typography and font systems
* UX fundamentals and layout principles
* Comfortable working on macOS
* Excellent written and spoken English
* While experience with Elementor is welcome, familiarity with WPBakery will be important, as a number of our current websites are built using WPBakery.
* cPanel or hosting fundamentals
* Experience with Figma, Adobe Suite, Adobe XD
* Exposure to AI tools that streamline workflow
* Experience with Shopify, Squarespace, Wix
