Support Worker Role
We are currently seeking Support Workers to assist a diverse range of clients in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and be part of a supportive team environment.
Your role will involve assisting clients with daily living activities, providing support services such as Domestic Assistance, Social Support, Respite and Personal Care. You will also promote client choice and positive routines ensuring they are meaningful to the client as per our Service Delivery Model.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong organisational skills and be reliable with meeting deadlines.
