and a female-only SIL house in
Glenroy

About The Role
As Service Manager, you will:
* Lead and mentor a team delivering person-centred care.
* Oversee service delivery, including staffing, quality, risk, and budgeting.
* Foster a culture of growth, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with health professionals to promote holistic care.
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
* Experience in coaching and developing staff teams
* Strong resource management and stakeholder engagement skills
* High integrity, reliability, and time management
* Understanding of SDA and concierge service models (desirable)
* Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Allied Health (desirable)
