HANDYPERSON- STAFF ACCOMODATION Are you an experienced Handyperson or just generally handy and looking to combine your career and lifestyle? Your Role As part of the staff accommodation team your role is to carry out general cleaning duties, maintenance and repairs to buildings and grounds, and fixtures and fittings. You will keep the team’s vehicles clean and tidy and the staff accommodation common areas welcoming. Preparing the rooms for arrival and moving furniture around is all part of the role as well as keeping an inventory of items. About You You are a generally handy person, hard worker with a great attention to details and a team player. You understand that together we can make anything happen and are happy to jump in and help wherever needed. Experience as a general hand or handyman or similar is required. You’ll also need to be fit and strong to fulfil this role. You will also have: Valid manual driver licence White card Elevated Work Platform above 11 metres (Highly regarded) Reliable and flexible attitude Excellent personal presentation and communication skills Be performing at a satisfactory level in your current position and not the subject of recent formal disciplinary action Meet the minimum experience, skill, and qualifications for the vacant position Have completed 6months in your current position to be eligible to apply Previous experience in similar role will be highly regarded.
