We currently have an opportunity for an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our team at Kedron. Make no mistakes about it, we are a high-volume dealership. If you thrive on making deals, beating your own PB and driving that income then this is the role for you

A typical day will include
* Identifying prospects & actively following up queries to seek new business
* Understanding and identifying customer interests, needs and buying criteria
* Maintaining up to date knowledge of our products
* Driving Toyota For Life compliance
* Delivering vehicles
* Providing post-delivery support
* Demonstrating Sci-Fleet's values and supporting behaviours
We are seeking applicants who
* Have 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role
* Are exceptional communicators and can add to the positive vibe within the dealership
* Are committed to learning, growing and developing sales techniques and approaches
* Are empowered by our quality standards and are Respectful, On Show, Professional, Efficient and strive for Continuous Improvement
* Have the ability to inspire other team members through strong leadership skills
* Have proven sales experience and a record exceeding sales targets
* Are collaborators that work well within a team environment
