OPPORTUNITY
As the Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer base while identifying and converting new business opportunities throughout Victoria.
Working closely with solar installers, electrical contractors, solar retailers and trade businesses, you will provide tailored product solutions across solar panels, inverters, battery systems and energy storage solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing relationships with existing customers
* Identifying and securing new installer and contractor accounts
* Conducting customer visits and maintaining regular contact within your territory
* Preparing quotations and following opportunities through to conversion
* Promoting solar, battery and energy storage solutions
* Building product knowledge and becoming a trusted industry advisor
* Managing sales activity through the CRM system
* Achieving sales and profitability targets across the territory
This role offers strong autonomy, supported by experienced internal sales, operations and product teams.
COMPENSATION
* Superannuation
* Uncapped Bonus Structure - realistically earn more than $150,000

CANDIDATE
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
* Previous experience in sales, account management or business development
* Experience selling solar products either B2B or B2C
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive approach to generating new business opportunities
* Commercial awareness and customer-focused problem-solving abilities
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
* A driven and self-motivated attitude
Experience within solar, batteries, renewable energy, electrical wholesale or trade-related industries will be highly regarded.
