You'll manage a diverse portfolio, requiring expertise in both Consumer and Commercial lending to support our client's strategic risk management and credit operations. You'll step into a critical role in the credit life‐cycle, from initial assessment to presenting recommendations, backed by strong leadership and a culture that values ambition, inclusion, and success.

* 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Your Responsibilities
* Critically evaluating business financials, including P&L, balance sheets, tax returns, and cash flow.
* Using sophisticated credit models to accurately score business applicants and clients for credit facilities.
* Ensuring all activities align with the Australian regulatory environment, specifically NCCP and Responsible Lending obligations.
* Preparing detailed credit memos and presenting structures, terms, and conditions to senior management and credit committees.
* Working closely with Sales and Enablement teams to assess risk and provide advice on ad hoc credit queries.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of credit policies and supporting the Chief Risk Officer with reporting requirements.
About You
* A minimum of 3+ years in credit analysis across both consumer and commercial lending sectors.
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance (preferred), Business, or Commerce.
* Well versed in Australian consumer credit laws and regulations.
* Advanced ability to interpret complex financial data and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal skills for report preparation and stakeholder presentations.
* Superior attention to detail, strong problem‐solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a disciplined, in‐office environment.
