The Role
As an Technical Support Lead, you'll take ownership of the entire Technical Support areas of our business:
Supporting internal and external stakeholders with your Technical knowledge - supporting the national team deliver on our promise of excellence.
Ensure high in service levels: Fast turn around of all and any items back into service or new models identified, tested and brought to market.
Lead and drive Technical and Product excellence: We pride ourselves on the quality and applicability of our range to ensure our customers get the best in class every time.
Deliver customer success: Roll up your sleeves to coordinate product excellence and solve problems on the spot.
This isn't just about being an excellent technical Lead; it's about shaping the customer and our teams experience with Brandis Hire and driving our growth through excellence.
What You Bring
* 2–3 years of strong Technical experience in similar or adjacent industries with results to prove it.
* Relentless drive, resilience, and ability to own the outcome.
* Ability to communicate Technical details confidently over the phone, by email, and face-to-face.
* A customer-first mindset: solve problems, build trust, deliver value.
* You work as a team player, whilst being driven to achieve your key KPIs.
* Experience in Training of core technical and product knowledge areas for Sales Teams.
* Experience in rental/hire or the industrial/electrical sector is an advantage, but not essential.
* Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
