This is why we are now looking for an installation manager to join our team and help us achieve our vision in becoming Australia's largest installer of rooftop solar and battery storage.
We're looking for a driven and skilled SAA (CEC) accredited Solar & Battery electrician.
The Position:
* You'll be a team leader managing each Solar and Battery installation. You will engage with our clients on site to deliver a positive customer experience and top quality workmanship.
* You will be working with labourer's in order to achieve daily targets which will in turn earn you bonuses.
* Possibility to grow and manage multiple teams.

* Our solar specialists sit down with every Customer before sale ensuring all relevant information is provided in job pack before installation takes place.
* You'll have strong support through our office admin team to ensure a smooth installation process and the handling of any post installation issues.
Who we are looking for:
* Someone with vast experience installing various Solar and Battery systems with a strong knowledge of all latest wiring rules and CEC/SAA guidelines.
* A team leader with a great work ethic and positive energy in order to drive the team to reach the required goals.
* A dedicated and ambitious tradesman who takes the utmost pride in their work, finishing every job to the highest standard as if it were for their own property.
* A strong focus on team safety and risk assessment.
* SAA (CEC) Solar and Battery Accreditation
* White card.
* Working at heights.
* 'Working safety in the solar industry' certificate.
* Australian Driver's license.
