Associate Sales Representative
role is now available within the orthopaedic team with a fast-growing MedTech leader. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team driving innovation in a rapidly expanding space. We're looking for
pharmaceutical sales representatives
or those from a background as a
Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Personal Trainer,
or
Exercise Physiotherapist,

THE ROLE:

Our client is seeking an
Associate Sales Representative
to drive and grow the business for their leading orthopaedic portfolio based in Geelong. You will manage a diverse product portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and support the adoption of innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and improve outcomes. This business development-focused role combines customer engagement, territory management, and strategic growth initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The successful candidate will be based in Geelong or Ballarat.
* Take ownership of a newly created, dynamic sales role focused on building strong local support and customer relationships.
* Manage a broad product portfolio while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Operate with a proactive, business development-focused approach.
* Travel regularly across the territory to engage with customers and strengthen relationships.
* Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills to maximise impact.

ABOUT YOU:

* 2 or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience, or experience as a Chiropractor, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiotherapist, or relevant clinical experience.
* Provide valuable insight into healthcare environments and customer needs.
* Self-motivated and proactive, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments where creativity and initiative are valued.
* Highly adaptable, able to quickly learn and apply a large and complex product portfolio to support customers effectively.
* Passionate about delivering value to healthcare teams and making a meaningful impact.
