Selection Criteria
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to identify key messages and concerns.
Ability to proactively engage with patients to enhance service delivery and guide others.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional and ethical boundaries.
Basic computer skills and experience with health information systems.
Knowledge of risk management, safety, and quality principles relevant to nursing.
Recent post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
