Overview
Associate Store Leader position at 7-Eleven, located in the Dunsborough store. This role offers development opportunities toward future retail leadership.
Who are you? We are seeking individuals with a strong aptitude for learning and on-the-job leadership. A personable communicator who thrives in a busy store environment, you will support various in-store tasks and contribute to the store's success. Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
As a brand ambassador of 7-Eleven, you will embody our values and demonstrate a positive and curious approach to work. You will receive structured training modules, and you should be self-motivated to learn independently.
Responsibilities
- Working independently in daily store operations including customer service to ensure smooth and efficient trading.
- Overseeing inventory control such as receiving and merchandising.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and visual standards across all store areas.
- Monitoring sales, assisting in achieving performance targets, and implementing promotional activities.
- Acting as Store Manager during the absence of the current manager.
You will need full time Australian work rights to be considered for this position.
