_We have an exciting opportunity available for a Reception Technical Administrator to join our Prestige Team._
- This position is permanent part time, with the potential for full time hours as you successfully prove your abilities to achieve and report to the Senior Manager and our business operations team._
- Technical knowledge and /or experience in the electronics service industry would be an advantage, but not essential._
- You will be the face of our dynamic team, delivering exceptional service to our customers, booking in service jobs accurately and efficiently, to deliver a smooth transition of workflow onto our operations team. You will enjoy and THRIVE off a high-paced environment,
being 'front of house' in this Electronics Service Industry business, providing you with a sense of achievement with daily customer satisfaction and acknowledgements._

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From $50,701.08 per year
Schedule:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Home appliance & consumer electronics and customer service: 1 year (preferred)
