Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Director to lead our construction projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Oversight & Delivery – oversee the execution and completion of large-scale construction projects.
* Team Leadership & Mentoring – guide Project Managers and Contract Administrators to ensure successful project delivery.
* Program & Budget Management – manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans to achieve project goals.
* Health, Safety, Environment & Quality – lead a safety-first culture across all sites to minimize risks and maximize outcomes.
* Stakeholder Engagement – liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Site Travel – regular travel to project sites is required, locally and interstate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, including project oversight and team leadership.
* Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
