Customer Service Manager Position
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Manager to join our team.
* You will lead by example in creating memorable customer connections.
* Assist in the training and development of your team to help deliver on store budgets and KPIs.
* Previous experience with visual merchandising is required.
* Manage high stock volumes and be willing to get involved in processing deliveries.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational tasks as needed.
This full-time position is 38 hours per week. The role involves:
* Creating honest and empowering customer connections.
* Training and developing team members to achieve store goals.
* Executing visual merchandising plans in-store.
* Managing high stock volumes and ensuring timely delivery processing.
* Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational tasks.
