Design and implement performance development and training programs to enhance professional growth across all levels of the organisation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and curiosity. Drive systems which normalise feedback loops and encourages open communication.
* Diversity & Inclusion:
Champion an inclusive culture where employees can bring their whole selves to work, ensuring the family office is a safe, welcoming environment that embraces and celebrates diverse talent.

Key experience and attributes:

To thrive in this role, you will be passionate about leading people strategies in a fast-paced environment and possess the following:

* Experience:
Minimum 10 years' experience in People or HR leadership roles, ideally with exposure to investment management, consulting, or impact/philanthropy. As this is a standalone role, you will need to confidently move between hands-on execution and strategic work.

Passion for leading impact-driven people businesses.

:
Proven ability in creating alignment and harmonising the people function across diverse teams, using a collaborative and consultative approach.
