As a Key Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our customer's store deliveries and managing daily schedules. You will ensure carton- and PO-level visibility, liaise with warehouses and cross-dock teams, investigate service issues, and validate invoicing accuracy.
Job Description
Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience managing fast-paced logistics coordination across high-volume retail networks. You should have a certificate or vocational qualification in logistics, solid experience in domestic transport coordination, and proficiency in Transport Management Systems and Excel.
 * Certificate or vocational qualification in logistics
 * Solid experience in domestic transport coordination
 * Experience working with subcontracted or third-party logistics providers
 * Proficiency in Transport Management Systems and Excel
You will work closely with our warehouse and cross-dock teams to ensure seamless delivery operations. You will investigate any service issues that may arise and take corrective action to prevent future occurrences.
