Food processing facility in Carlton is looking for a customer‐focused Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the retail location. This is a Direct Hire, hands‐on role for someone who enjoys leading from the front managing a small team, engaging directly with customers, and driving sales through effective merchandising and weekly promotions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in grocery, farm‐to‐table, butcher, or specialty food retail environments, someone who understands product, not just process. Responsibilities
* Drive sales by leading weekly specials and in‐store promotions to boost revenue.
* Track & improve performance by monitoring sales and order fill rates.
* Lead a Small Team: Support and guide your staff, keeping everyone focused on hitting sales and service goals.
* Monitor Performance & Report: Track key metrics including sales and order fill rates, and adjust store operations to continuously improve results.
Schedule & Compensation
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually plus a bonus up to 10% for KPI completion.
Requirements
* Ability to monitor KPIs (sales volume, order fill rate) and adjust operations as needed.
* Sales‐driven with proven ability to increase sales through promotions, merchandising, and upselling.
* Retail or food‐focused experience: Previous experience in grocery, farm‐to‐table, butcher, or specialty food retail environments.
* Experience leading or supervising a small team, with the ability to motivate and coach employees.
