The **Marketing Manager **is responsible for coordinating wide ranging marketing, brand and sponsorship activities across BGIS for Australia and New Zealand. Working under the direction of the Executive Director, Marketing & Communications, this role works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to deliver marketing, brand and sponsorship support across the business. You are a self-starter, independent but enjoying jumping onto different projects and working with other team members to deliver.
**The Role**
- Working with a fast-paced and busy lean team to deliver the marketing programs
- Conference and Association Participation - Manage BGIS' participation in Industry conferences and events, including sponsorships, trade exhibits, paper presentations, roundtables and delegate attendance. Coordinate Association memberships and involvement.
- Brand management across BGIS, sub brands and rebranding of new acquisitions.
- Marketing collateral - working with other members of the marketing team to create and maintain branded materials including brochures, sales collateral, presentations, posters, event invitations, internal and external signage and online assets
- Supporting business development through the preparation of marketing programs
- Driving all tactics in sector and sub-brand marketing programs
- CRM - Maintain up to date client and prospect intelligence in Salesforce database
- Manage client insights, survey programs and memorable customer experience program
- Corporate design guidelines - ensure the appropriate use of templates, logos, style of advertisements, signage, merchandise and the format of all brand touch points. Ensuring all brand assets meet our BGIS brand guidelines.
- Working with internal clients to take briefs, assess needs and deliver solutions to them

- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing
