To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent cooking skills, including grilling, sautéing, sauces, butchering, and fish fabrication. A culinary degree and two years of experience in a high-caliber establishment are also essential.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist with preparation of food in assigned kitchen outlet
2. Ensure all menus and food produced in their section are to the standards set down by the management team
3. Recreate recipes, techniques, and menu items as directed by Management
4. Be part of and conduct on-the-job training sessions with all staff
5. Responsible for daily preparation of all food requirements and daily specials for their section
6. Communicate with the chefs to order proper quantities for following shifts
7. Ensure service is fast, fun, friendly, fresh, and focused
8. Conduct regular cleaning within kitchen outlets
Requirements:
* Culinary degree and two years similar experience in a high caliber establishment required; Steakhouse experience preferred
* Knowledgeable in cooking skills including, but not limited to grilling, sautéing, sauces, butchering, and fish fabrication
