The Role This is a casual Guest Services Officer position, located at Reflections Holidays, Seal Rocks.Thepurpose of the role is to carry out guest services duties within the park,provide excellent customer service experience every time, and representReflections Holidays in a positive manner.Key responsibilities of a Guest Services Officer include:Provideexceptional customer service including liaising with guests face to face; viatelephone and internet for bookings, enquiries, and complaints.HaveRMS, Newbook or similar reservations system experience.Undertakegeneral office duties, banking, and cleaning of office/kiosk.Preparecorrespondence, record keeping of all mail and carry out filing in accordancewith procedures.AssistPark Manager and Supervisors with the opening and closing of office andkiosk/store.Receivingand dispensing of monies via computerised point of sale register.Assist Supervisorwith stock take and invoicing for kiosk, store, cabin, office, and cleaningequipment and chemicals.Assistand direct visitors within the park and as they enter the park.AssistGuest Services Supervisor in social media administration at park level as required.
About You The successful candidate will have experience in:Administrationor front office reception.Using abooking/reservations system.
What Youll Need Our new Guest Services Officer will be able to:Managetime to meet priorities.Learnquickly, use initiative, and adapt to changing work environments.Solveproblems with accuracy and efficiency to meet guest needs.Demonstratea high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Communicatewith all levels of guests to an excellent standard.Positiveattitude and willingness to learn.Greatteamwork and communication skills.Flexibleavailability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons and public holidaywork.
