About the Role
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Lead business operations with considerable autonomy, ensuring high‐quality service delivery in a dynamic school environment.
* Provide executive and administrative leadership, managing multiple tasks, competing priorities, and diverse work groups.
* Lead and manage human resources for school support staff, including workforce planning, performance, recruitment, and capability development.
* Oversee financial planning and management, including budget development, monitoring, reporting, and compliance.
* Provide facilities and project management advice, including oversight of minor works, maintenance, and contractor engagement.
* Build networks and contribute to best‐practice corporate services across the school and wider Business Manager community.
