The Role:
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Civil Engineering / Restoration Technician to join our team in Carrum Downs VIC. You will be an integral member of our team supporting us to deliver quality services on projects using your professional skills to further develop engineering and estimating capabilities and taking on every challenge.
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma in Civil Engineering Technician with preferable 3+ yeas of work experience. Property restoration experience will be an added advantage. Be able to work autonomously as well as a part of a collaborative team. Be physically and mentally fit for work in a high pressure environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform technical inspections and assessments of civil engineering projects, such as drainage systems, water treatment facilities, and construction sites
Collect and analyze data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of water damage restoration projects, including coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
Operate specialized equipment and tools used in water damage assessment and restoration
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to all project activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects
