Down-to-earth, friendly team culture Regional Administration Assistant – Part-Time (3 Days/Week) MMEM is Australia's largest and most successful electrical wholesaling group.
We support customers across the electrical industry through a national network, while still operating with strong local leadership.
This is a part-time opportunity based in our modern Varsity Lakes office, supporting the Regional General Manager and a network of branches across Queensland and Northern NSW including Haymans, Cetnaj, MM Electrical, Go Electrical and TLE Electrical.
About the Role This role is best suited to someone who enjoys working independently, taking ownership, and keeping things running smoothly without needing hands-on supervision day-to-day.
You'll be the go-to support for the Regional GM and network of managers; assisting with a mix of admin, coordination, reporting, and process improvement.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include a mix of: Supplier invoicing administration and general documentation support WHS reporting, compliance admin and regional submissions Motor vehicle administration (registrations, fuel cards, lease coordination etc.) Coordinating internal comms, promo materials and regional documentation Helping improve systems, workflows and processes (making the role "your own") Assisting with regional events and meetings (limited interstate travel required a few times per year) About You To be successful, you'll be someone who is naturally organised, confident, and comfortable managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in administration, office coordination, EA/PA support or similar Strong Excel and general systems confidence (though you don't need to be an accountant) A mature communication style – able to follow up, clarify, and push back when needed A process-driven mindset and pride in getting things done properly The ability to manage your own workload and work independently C-class driver's licence Hours / Days Part-time – 3 days per week (Monday required) Flexible on the other days (and open to school-hour style schedules) Minimum 24 hours per week, structured flexibly for the right person What You'll Get A flexible part-time role with variety and real responsibility Down-to-earth, friendly team culture – good people who are easy to work with A modern shared-office environment in Varsity Lakes Support from a large and stable national business Annual bonus opportunity and on-site parking A role that may grow over time as the Gold Coast office expands If you're looking for a part-time role where you can take ownership, work independently, and genuinely make an impact alongside some great people, we'd love to hear from you.
