**The opportunity**
The main objective of this role is to deliver strategic Risk Uplift and Integrated Management System Projects. This requires interaction with APRA, BHI Board, Bupa Group, BHI Executive Management, Leadership, and other key stakeholders. The role necessitates strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, project management, and risk management skills with cross-functional project delivery experience.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in either the Sydney or Melbourne office. (Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements and you can work from the office and from home).
**How will I help?**
**Project Governance and Delivery**:
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, and activities.
- Set standards for deliverables, the definition of done and monitor quality.
- Collaborate with Finance for budget management.
- Address project risks, issues, escalations and dependencies.
**Coach, Mentoring, and Guiding**:
- Mentor and coach team members in project methodology.
- Support team members in developing project competencies.
- Communications Management:
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders.
- Provide project updates to the sponsor.
- Deliver timely Project Status Reports.
**Risk & Issue Management**:
- Maintain effective protocols for managing risks and issues.
- Escalate and resolve issues as needed.
- Utilize scope control techniques when necessary.

**What do I need?**
- Experienced in leading change management and regulatory projects for risk and culture transformation.
- Proficient in project status reporting, scheduling, financial management, and risk management.
- Successful track record in negotiating outcomes with sponsors, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor relationships.
