Office Junior / Junior Administration Assistant
JDK Legal Services is a fast growing, medium sized law firm located on Adelaide Terrace. Due to growth, we are seeking an Office Junior/Junior Administrative Assistant. This is an entry level position and would suit someone who wants to \"get their foot in the door\" to the legal sector or a recent school leaver. This is a full time position.
Duties would include:
* Answering of telephones (shared);
* Greeting clients and other visitors to the office (couriers, tradesmen etc);
* Electronic and manual filing of correspondence;
* Someone who is keen to eventually learn basic accounting tasks would be viewed favorably.
Remuneration will be in accordance with the Legal Services Award.
